To decrease the cost of providing customer service to it's 3/4 million wireless customer base, while adding to it's sustainable practices, Qwest Wireless asked Velocicolor principal, Bradley Bishop, to work in cooperation with Peak to design and produce a model for an interactive FAQ/User Guide to be applied to a series of cell phones.
